What are your favourite things to watch, play, read, or do?: I spend a lot of time watching films and my favourite one is definitely About Time, it’s so beautiful and heartwarming (I think I’ve probably watched it about 7 times!)
I also really love listening to artists such as Loyle Carner and Big Thief, their music is so soothing and poetic.

Your favourite creator(s)?: I feel really influenced by spoken word and rap artists because of how their art feels so honest and revealing as well as soothing. I find this type of art often also feeds into my art too both through my own spoken word and drawings.
Many of the films I watch also feed into my own filmmaking, in particular documentaries and LGBTQ+ films.

 
 

How do you feel being involved in the first Young Person led publishing house?: I feel very excited about being a part of Marginal as it aims to highlight and lift the voices of marginalised young people and will be a really interesting project to be involved in!

What do you hope to get out of your time with Marginal?: I’m looking forward to being a part of an exciting youth-led project where I can also refine my art and writing skills and get to know some really amazing people :)
